Excellent customer service

Some of the material received was the wrong sealer, but called Stone Tooling and they immediately rectified the problem. You just don't get customer service like that anymore. We will continue to use Stone Tooling for our sealer needs, knowing that they stand behind their products and their service.

Review

Fast shipping. Great packaging. Had not brought in any store that pack so well like they do. Took a couple of coatings to completely seal the area. Product emits some kind of chemical as expected. Highly recommended.

Great service. Small detail issue.

After reading countless reviews and reading labels, I settled on the Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus to seal my recently installed travertine floors. After a thorough cleaning and drying, I applied the sealer per the manufacturer's directions. 2 coats. Easy to apply. Good protection. The seller (Bonanza Trading & Supply dba StoneTooling.com) quickly filled my order. The box arrived safely and quickly. The only issue was the sealer applicator was not included in the box. I used a smooth paint roller with good results.
