Overview
Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator provides penetrating water and stain resistance for medium-to-dense porous tile, stone, grout, concrete and masonry. Its natural-look finish is not a topical coating and allows moisture vapor to escape.

Applications
Use on compatible granite, marble, travertine, slate, terrazzo, quartz, ceramic, porcelain, quarry tile, cement grout, brick, concrete and stucco. Suitable projects include floors, counters, showers, patios and other interior or exterior installations. Very porous materials may call for 511 Porous Plus instead.
Selection and Use
- Test the actual material: although intended to preserve a natural look, the oil-based formula can shade some surfaces. It will not prevent acid etching.
- Apply undiluted to clean, dry material. After about 3–5 minutes of penetration, buff off every trace of excess before drying.
- When used before grouting, keep it out of open joints and allow 6–12 hours before grouting. Seal new grout only after the grout maker’s required cure.
- Keep the area dry and protected from stains for 72 hours. Use with ventilation and follow the label and SDS for solvent handling.
