Miracle Sealants 511 H2O Plus is a water-based penetrating sealer for customers who want natural-look water and stain resistance with less odor than a solvent-based alternative. It protects compatible tile, stone, grout and masonry without leaving a surface coating.

Applications
Use on compatible ceramic, porcelain, quarry tile, marble, granite, travertine, slate, terrazzo, cement grout, brick and concrete. Suitable projects include kitchens, bathrooms, showers, patios and driveways. For highly porous stone or high-traffic areas, the manufacturer directs users to 511 Porous Plus.
Selection and Use
- Remove coatings, dirt and deposits and allow the surface to dry. Test both appearance and absorption before the full application.
- Apply enough to wet the surface, allow about 3–5 minutes of penetration and remove all excess with a lint-free cloth before it dries.
- For grout release, coat the tile face without saturating open joints and allow 6–12 hours before grouting. After grouting, respect the grout manufacturer’s cure time before sealing.
- Avoid direct sun and exterior applications when rain is expected within 24 hours. Keep treated areas dry and protected from stains for 72 hours.
