Miracle Sealants 511 Seal & Enhance combines penetrating stain protection with color enhancement for stone, tile and grout. Choose it when you want to deepen the material’s natural color rather than preserve an unchanged, invisible-sealer appearance.

Applications
Use on compatible granite, marble, limestone, slate, travertine, natural stone, ceramic and quarry tile, and grout. It is suited to floors and counters where a richer color is wanted, including aged or worn stone surfaces.
Selection and Use
- Approve a test area before proceeding: the manufacturer warns that enhanced stone cannot be restored to its original color.
- Apply undiluted to clean, dry material. Allow about 3–5 minutes for penetration, then completely remove the excess. The linked instructions call for a second application after at least one hour; “one-step” does not mean every job needs only one coat.
- For pre-grout use, keep it off open joints and wait 6–12 hours before grouting. Existing grout must be fully cured before treatment.
- Allow 12–24 hours before putting the finished area into service and protect it from moisture and stains for 72 hours. Follow the bottle’s directions for actual conditions.
