Miracle Sealants Tile, Stone & Grout Sealer is an economical penetrating treatment for basic water and stain resistance. It dries to a natural look without a surface coating and allows moisture vapor to pass through.

Applications
Use for compatible ceramic, porcelain and quarry tile, cementitious grout, concrete, brick and masonry. The product page also lists marble, granite and terrazzo; for better natural-stone protection, the manufacturer recommends 511 Impregnator or 511 H2O Plus, and Porous Plus for highly porous or heavily trafficked stone.
Selection and Use
- Test absorption and appearance before treating the full area. Remove dirt, deposits, waxes and old coatings, then let the surface dry.
- Apply undiluted, allow roughly 3–5 minutes to penetrate and wipe off all excess before it dries. Do not leave puddles on tile.
- For pre-grout use, treat the face without soaking open joints and allow 6–12 hours before grouting. For existing grout, respect the grout’s required cure and keep newly sealed areas dry and protected from stains for 72 hours.
