Overview
3701 Lite Mortar Rapid is a lightweight, polymer-fortified mortar for rapid bed-building, rendering and repair. Its portland-cement/lightweight-aggregate blend mixes with water, avoiding separate latex admixture while reducing the weight handled compared with conventional mortar.

Use in suitable interior/exterior wet or dry assemblies for walls, pools, overhead rendering, concrete repairs, bonded/non-bonded mortar beds and ramping/pitching details. Choose the mixing and bonding method for the task, not simply the desired consistency.

- Keep the material temperature controlled and plan placement around the rapid schedule.
- Distinguish render yield from bed yield when estimating bags.
- Follow local veneer requirements and provide separate waterproofing where required.
- The manufacturer cites independent respirable-silica testing below the OSHA action level; this does not remove SDS, dust-control or protective-equipment requirements.
