Overview
Gemini 1039 is the Standard Blade kit for Taurus I, Taurus II and Taurus II.2 saws. Its round, diamond-coated profile cuts in any direction, and the kit supplies the grommets and hole reducers used by those older Taurus models.

Applications
Use this kit for general glass patterns and light shaping in materials such as shell, nonferrous metals and hard plastics. Gemini’s Standard-blade guide describes normal work as 1/8-inch art glass or 1/4-inch soft wall tile, with capacity up to 3/8 inch depending on material.
Selection and Use
- Do not choose Standard for hard ceramic tile, 3/8-inch fused glass or thick material in general.
- Let the blade cut with minimal pressure rather than forcing it.
- Taurus 3 blade kits use different grommet packages; choose the kit for the saw generation.
