Gemini 1049 is the Taurus 3 Fine Dichroic Blade kit for thin coated glass. Its fine-grit, oval profile provides omnidirectional cutting with a narrow edge suited to delicate dichroic and iridized surfaces.

Applications
Use this blade for thin dichroic or iridized glass, including jewelry and decorative shapes. It prioritizes the coated surface and fine detail rather than aggressive removal in thick material.
Selection and Use
- Do not use for ceramic tile, 1/4-inch fused glass or thick material in general.
- Let the blade do the cutting; forcing delicate coated glass can defeat the purpose of a fine-grit blade.
- A fine edge may reduce subsequent finishing, but do not assume a particular kiln schedule or chip-free result for every glass.
