Overview
LevelQuik primer prepares compatible substrates for LevelQuik or LevelLite self-leveling underlayment. It improves the underlayment bond and seals absorbent surfaces, with different dilution and coverage requirements for porous concrete versus plywood or OSB.

Applications
Use before the compatible leveling underlayment on prepared absorbent concrete, lightweight concrete, cement terrazzo or suitable plywood/OSB. The primer does not replace underlayment-specific requirements for lath, structural support or substrate preparation.
Selection and Use
- Stir before use. Use undiluted on plywood; highly porous concrete may use up to 3 parts water to 1 part primer and can need a second coat.
- Use diluted material within 24 hours. Apply and dry the primer as directed before placing the leveler.
- Repair dormant cracks before priming, and carry movement joints through the primer and underlayment.
- Do not bond directly to hardwood, particleboard, metal, fiberglass or plastic. This is a primer, not an exposed wear coating.
