Overview
LevelQuik ES is an extended-setting, high-flow self-leveling underlayment for interior dry floors. It provides additional placement time compared with a rapid-setting formulation and creates a level base before tile, carpet, wood or resilient flooring.

Applications
Select the ES version when the leveling work benefits from an extended-setting schedule. Suitable floor coverings include LVT/LVP, VCT, sheet vinyl, rubber, laminate, ceramic, porcelain, stone and terrazzo, subject to the finished-floor manufacturer’s requirements.
Selection and Use
- Clean, prime and prepare the substrate as specified. Compatible concrete, gypsum, tile, terrazzo and wood substrates each have preparation requirements; do not pour directly over bond-breaking residues.
- Plywood and OSB need the specified metal lath and structural support. A 24-inch joist-spacing allowance applies only to the tested assembly, not to every wood floor.
- Allow approximately 12 hours for non-moisture-sensitive tile or stone and 30 hours for most other coverings. Verify moisture limits and allow longer when conditions require.
- Do not use outdoors, as a final wear surface or on a floor that must slope to a drain. Coverage varies with the actual depth and surface profile.
