Overview
LATICRETE Primer Plus is a concentrated bonding primer for NXT and SUPERCAP self-leveling underlayments and FRACTURE BAN peel-and-stick installations. It penetrates the substrate to help control absorption from the underlayment and improve the bond on specified interior surfaces.

Applications
Use on suitable concrete, cement backer board, mortar beds, cement terrazzo, existing tile/stone, vinyl tile, exterior-glue plywood, gypsum underlayments or OSB in the specified interior assembly.
Plan Your Installation
- Follow the linked primer instructions for substrate-specific dilution, application and drying; do not treat a concentrate as a universal ready-to-use primer.
- Check compatibility with the selected NXT, SUPERCAP or FRACTURE BAN product and perform the recommended mock-up.
- Do not apply to particleboard, chipboard, Masonite, luan, interior-glue plywood, unstable substrates or the other excluded materials listed in the data sheet.
Common Planning Questions
Is Primer Plus a moisture-mitigation or waterproofing membrane?
No. Its role is priming and absorption control. It is not a substitute for the specified waterproofing or moisture-mitigation system and is not for submerged applications.
