Description
Overview
CEG-Lite Part A supplies the pigmented epoxy hardener for the CEG-Lite commercial epoxy grout system. It must be combined with the separately sold Part B resin and lightweight aggregate; Part A alone is not usable grout or a complete setting system.
Features

- The correctly mixed two-part system is water-cleanable, stain- and chemical-resistant, and suitable for vertical joints without an extra additive.
- The complete CEG-Lite system exceeds ANSI A118.3 and can also be used as a setting mortar.

Applications
Combine the correct amount of Part A with CEG-Lite Part B for commercial floor or wall grouting, countertops, backsplashes and wet areas. Match the complete mixed system to the tile, chemicals and cleaning routine before ordering.
Selection and Use
- Part B is required and sold separately. Coverage depends on tile dimensions and joint width and depth; use the linked coverage information for the combined unit.
- Use a mixer at 300 RPM or less and avoid overmixing or entraining air, which can cause pinholes and accelerate setting.
- Test porous stone and scratch-sensitive tile. Epoxy can discolor painted or anodized surfaces, so protect adjacent finishes.
- Consult the chemical-resistance chart for the actual exposure; CUSTOM recommends CEG-IG for demanding industrial or commercial-kitchen cleaning conditions. Do not use no-rinse enzyme-based cleaners.
- For continuously wet installations, follow the 14-day cure recommendation before chemically treated water submersion. Do not grout movement joints or changes of plane.
