Overview
SPECTRALOCK 2000 IG is an industrial-grade, 100% solids epoxy grout system for demanding chemical-exposure environments. This commercial-unit listing supplies Parts A and B and the cleaning additives; the required Part C filler is sold separately. It is not a complete grout system until all three components are combined.

Applications
Use for ceramic tile, pavers, floor brick, packing-house tile and stone in specified corrosive environments. Listed industrial uses include bakeries, dairies, cheese factories, breweries, CIP rooms, meat-packing plants, soft-drink plants, confectioneries, canneries, distilleries, pharmaceutical factories and veterinary clinics or kennels. Commercial applications include institutional kitchens, restaurants, cafeterias, laboratories and supermarkets.
Plan Your Installation
- Include the correct amount and color of Part C when ordering; #44 Bright White cannot be used with SPECTRALOCK 2000 IG.
- Evaluate the actual chemicals, cleaning process and exposure temperature against the product data before specifying an industrial grout.
- Have the initial and final cleaning materials ready before mixing and follow the installation instructions for the selected batch size.
