Custom CEG-Lite Commercial Epoxy Grout - Part A

CEG-Lite™ 100% Solids Commercial Epoxy Grout provides chemical and stain resistance with a fast cure time for a quick return to service. Its lightweight formula makes it easier to spread than typical epoxy grouts and is water-cleanable. CEG-Lite exceeds ANSI A118.3 performance requirements, is suitable for use on vertical joints without an additive, and can also be used as a mortar. Its two-component formula combines a Part A pigmented hardener with a Part B consisting of resins and lightweight aggregates. CEG-Lite is compatible with both CEG-Lite Part A and CEG Part A epoxy grout color pigment and hardener products.

  • Use to fill joint widths from 1/16 in. to 1/2 in.
  • Color consistent, stain and chemical resistant
  • Initial set in 4 hours, final set in 5 hours
  • Easy to spread and clean-up
  • No sagging in vertical joints

NOTE: If using a small 1-gallon unit, mix with 1 unit of color. If using a large 2-gallon unit, mix with 2 units of color. If a power mixer is used, it must be 300 RPM or less to avoid entrapping air bubbles which can cause pinholes in the grout. Do not overmix as this will cause the epoxy to flash set.

    Great !!!

    Part A was leaking when I received it. Called and Stone Tooling took care of the problem. Followed the directions and was able to do a great job.
