Overview
Sikaflex-11 FC is a one-component polyurethane sealant and elastic adhesive supplied here in a white 10.1-ounce cartridge. The gun-grade formula bonds and seals a range of construction materials while remaining flexible after cure.

Applications
Use for appropriate noncritical bonding of cover plates, gaskets, acoustic ceiling tiles, lightweight moldings, door sills and lightweight wood or metal frames. Seal compatible joints in air ducts, tanks, silos, reservoirs, wall or floor penetrations and bolted lap assemblies as specified. Listed bonding surfaces include cementitious materials, brick, ceramic, glass, metal, wood, epoxy, polyester and acrylic.
Selection and Use
- This is not recommended for expansion joints; choose a sealant rated for the actual joint movement.
- Support or brace heavy items rather than relying on initial adhesive grab. Prepare clean, sound bonding faces and follow the data sheet.
- Allow at least 5 days before immersion or painting. Test the paint system; avoid incompatible high-solvent or alcohol-containing products during cure.
- Do not use over asphalt or bituminous substrates. White can yellow under ultraviolet exposure.
