Overview
Custom Commercial 100% Silicone Sealant is a permanently flexible sealant for tile and stone joints that need movement accommodation. Use it at coves, corners, changes of plane and specified expansion joints rather than filling those locations with rigid grout.
Features
- For interior and exterior tile and stone applications, including suitable porcelain.
- Approved uses include pools and other wet areas under the installation instructions.
- Conforms to ASTM C920 Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, plus ASTM C1248 and C794 properties.

Applications
Use around tubs, showers and sinks, at tile changes of plane, and in properly designed residential or commercial movement joints, including permitted traffic-area joints. Joint design and installation should follow the applicable TCNA EJ171 details.
Selection and Use
- Measure joint width and depth before ordering. A wider or deeper bead consumes more sealant than the 24-foot coverage example.
- Do not exceed the listed joint dimensions; follow the technical sheet for surface preparation and joint construction.
- Test on the actual stone and with site cleaners. Although the product passes stated non-staining tests on tested stones, those results do not guarantee every stone-and-cleaner combination.
- Use the selected color to coordinate with the tile and grout, while keeping the flexible sealant distinct from the cement or epoxy grout used in field joints.
