Applications
Use for general or structural concrete repair, doweling, anchoring, industrial grouting, formed work and vertical or horizontal trowel applications. Airport, highway, industrial and marine repairs are among the manufacturer’s uses.
Selection and Use
- Prepare clean, sound, roughened concrete and saturate it without leaving standing water.
- Organize the work before mixing; mix to a uniform consistency, place promptly and do not retemper. Use the applicable water range rather than automatically choosing the maximum.
- Water-cure exposed surfaces for at least 1 hour, beginning as the material hardens before it loses its moist sheen. Cold conditions or retarders can require longer curing.
- For deeper sections select an appropriate Mortar Mix or Concrete Mix. Do not place on frozen surfaces or expose continuously above 212°F.
- Typical timing is measured at 70°F and varies with conditions. Review the linked data and safety sheets before use.
