Overview
Noble Chloraloy 240 is a flexible CPE shower-pan liner for traditional full-mortar-bed tile installations. The 40 mil sheet holds a crease for tight folds and corners, providing a durable water and vapor barrier beneath the mortar bed rather than a tile-bonding surface above it.

Applications
Use beneath full mortar beds for ceramic or stone tile and terrazzo in shower pans and other manufacturer-detailed wet-area assemblies, including Roman tubs, bathrooms, steam rooms and hydrotherapy rooms. It is not a direct substitute for a fleece-faced thin-bed bonded membrane.
Selection and Use
- Plan sufficient liner for the pan, wall upturns, curb, seams and corners; gross roll area is not finished floor coverage.
- Provide the required drainage slope, compatible clamping drain, properly sealed seams and corner details according to the linked installation instructions.
- Protect the drain weep paths and complete the required flood test before placing the covering assembly. Do not expose Chloraloy to direct sunlight for more than 48 hours.
- The lifetime material warranty applies to specified failures in properly installed approved systems and is subject to its written limits; it is not an unconditional leak guarantee.
