Applications
Use to deepen the color of compatible textured granite, limestone, slate, tumbled marble, cast stone and other textured natural stone. Select it for a satin, color-enhanced effect rather than a high polish. The linked guide does not recommend additional polish enhancement.
Selection and Use
- Approve a sample for color and sheen. Clean and dry the surface and remove incompatible coatings or waxes.
- Follow the penetrating-sealer sequence first when maximum stain protection is needed. On an existing installation, the guide allows Mira Matte after the sealer is dry to the touch, about 1–2 hours.
- Apply with a natural-fiber brush or terry cloth; pump-sprayer application is exterior-only and must be evened out with a brush. Do not allow puddles or overlap marks.
- Additional applications may be needed after the previous coat dries to the touch, about 1–2 hours. Keep the area dry and protected from stains for 72 hours.
