    Miracle Impregnator Sealant

This was sooo easy to use. I recently had porcelain tiles installed on my front porch and stairs. I know most contractors say that it isn't necessary to seal porcelain tiles, but the grout needed to be sealed and the easiest way I found to do that was to seal the tiles and grout at the same time. After applying 2 coats of the sealer on the porch and stairs and letting it dry I've been noticing that, just as the product info states, the water that drips onto the treated areas beads up. The real test will be during a rainstorm. I'm hoping it lasts 25 years, as stated.
