Overview
L&M FGS HARDENER PLUS is a penetrating chemical densifier and hardener for concrete finished through the FGS PERMASHINE grinding and polishing process. It increases surface wear resistance and supports a longer-lasting polished appearance without acting as an opaque coating.

Applications
Use on mechanically diamond-ground and polished concrete in the specified FGS PERMASHINE process. Typical projects include retail, hospitality, commercial and industrial floors, warehouses and facilities exposed to pedestrian or suitable vehicle traffic.
Plan Your Installation
- Use an approved installer and follow the complete polishing/hardening sequence, not a generic topical-sealer procedure.
- Apply above 40Ā°F and allow the first coat to dry fully before the next; protect the product from freezing.
- Do not select it for prolonged strong-acid or severe-chemical exposure.
- Clean spills promptly even on a traction-rated floor; wetness or contamination can still cause slipping. Remove overspray from glass, aluminum and polished metal immediately to avoid etching.

Does this replace a waterproofing membrane?
This is a concrete densifying/hardening treatment. Do not use the old waterproofing wording as approval to replace a specified waterproof membrane.
