Applications
Use on structurally sound concrete in warehouses, distribution centers, food-processing facilities and other suitable floors exposed to pedestrian, forklift or tow-motor traffic. It may suit rehabilitation work, but is not effective on unsound, excessively porous or worn concrete.
Plan Your Installation
- Confirm the concrete is sound and assess a test area; treatment will not hide existing stains or wear patterns.
- Allow the first coat to dry completely before a second and assess whether further treatment is needed for the surface.
- Do not use as a curing compound or for long-term strong-acid/severe-chemical exposure.
- Clean spills promptly: a traction-rated treated floor can still be slippery when wet or contaminated.
Common Planning Questions
Will it coat over damaged concrete and conceal it?
No. It is a penetrating treatment, not an opaque resurfacer or repair material.
