Overview
L&M LUMISEAL FX is a high-solids, water-based acrylic curing and sealing compound for concrete. Its self-crosslinking emulsion forms a clear, medium-gloss film with resistance to yellowing, blushing and early water whitening.

Applications
Use on clean new or existing concrete, including decorative, colored, stamped and polished concrete, exposed aggregate and suitable brick pavers where a medium-gloss stain-resistant sealer is desired.
Plan Your Installation
- On fresh concrete, wait until surface water glaze has disappeared, then apply a uniform coat with low-pressure spray and roller. Do not dilute or puddle.
- Clean existing concrete of contaminants with the specified CITREX procedure. For polished concrete only, the sheet specifies dilution with 25ā50% water and a microfiber applicator.
- Allow the first coat to dry 2ā3 hours before a second on existing concrete. Typical readiness is 12 hours for foot traffic and 24 hours for vehicles when resealing driveways.
- Avoid heavy coats and validate appearance/slip-performance requirements with a mock-up. Clean equipment with water before drying; follow SDS precautions for the specified aromatic-solvent cleanup afterward.

Are all the coverage rates interchangeable?
No. Substrate porosity, coat number and polished versus decorative concrete change the application rate.
