Overview
TechLevel 150 is a calcium-aluminate self-leveling underlayment for preparing interior floors before the finish flooring is installed. Its high-flow, low-prep formula levels from a featheredge to 1-1/2 inches in one pour and develops approximately 4,300 psi compressive strength.

Applications
Use below ceramic or natural stone tile, carpet, wood, laminate and resilient flooring such as LVT/LVP, VCT, sheet vinyl or rubber. Compatible substrates include prepared concrete, gypsum underlayment, terrazzo, existing tile and suitable plywood or OSB assemblies.
Selection and Use
- Inspect structural soundness and prime with the specified compatible primer. Low-prep does not mean bonding over contamination, weak material or loose flooring.
- Wood-floor installations require the specified metal lath and structural preparation. Joists up to 24 in. on center are permitted only within the manufacturer’s assembly requirements; stone and weaker finishes can need additional support.
- Install non-moisture-sensitive tile or stone after approximately 4 hours and most other coverings after 16 hours, subject to conditions and flooring moisture limits.
- Interior only; do not use as the finished wear surface or to create a drainage slope. Direct bonding to metal is not generally permitted without a manufacturer-approved preparation system.
