Overview
Stain-Proof Premium Waterborne Impregnating Sealer provides water- and oil-stain protection for natural stone without forming a surface film. Its water-based formula is intended to retain the stone’s natural color and finish while allowing vapor to escape.

Applications
Use on suitable interior and exterior stone floors, walls, facades, countertops and showers, including residential and commercial kitchens, patios, pool surroundings and garages. Choose this product when a natural-looking, waterborne impregnator is required rather than a color-enhancing finish.
Selection and Use
- Test a small area and allow 24 hours to assess the result. Apply to a clean, dry surface without thinning.
- Remove all unabsorbed sealer within 5 minutes, or sooner as it is absorbed. Residue left on the surface can produce white haze.
- If another coat is needed, wait approximately 30 minutes before applying it. Follow the linked specification sheet for the complete process.
- Sealing does not prevent acid etching, scuffing or wear. Clean spills promptly rather than treating the sealer as stain-proof under every exposure.
