Overview
Stain-Proof Color Enhancing Sealer deepens the color of porous stone and masonry while adding oil- and water-repellent protection. Formerly INTENSIFIA, it is a penetrating treatment for customers who want an enhanced appearance rather than an unchanged natural finish.

Applications
Use on suitable basalt, brick, cement or clay pavers, concrete, encaustic tile, granite, grout, limestone, marble, quarry tile, Saltillo tile, sandstone, slate, terracotta, terrazzo and travertine. It suits indoor and outdoor projects where richer color is wanted along with penetrating stain protection.
Selection and Use
- Make a test patch and assess it after at least 24 hours: color enhancement is permanent and cannot simply be returned to the original look.
- Do not apply over a surface already treated with an impregnating sealer. Begin with clean, dry material.
- Allow at least 30 minutes for the first application to penetrate and remove all excess. Allow at least 60 minutes of curing before repeating; very porous material may need a third application.
- Use the linked instructions for the complete sequence. The sealer does not prevent acid etching, and a water-repellent result is not a substitute for the building’s waterproofing system.
