Schluter-DESIGN-NICHE is a prefabricated, fully waterproof shower niche made of powder-coated aluminum that arrives ready to drop into the wall — no tiling required inside the niche, no hand-cut KERDI corners, and no compromise on a finished, designer look. Available in three sizes (12" x 12", 12" x 24", 12" x 48") and five TRENDLINE colors, DESIGN-NICHE is engineered for tile setters, bath remodelers, and shower system installers who want a faster path from cut-out to clean-up.

- Vertical or Horizontal Installation: Same kit installs either orientation — stack DNA1 niches as a vertical column, run a DNA3 horizontal accent above the bench, or break a long shower wall with a 12" x 24".
- Aligns With Standard Tile Modules: 12" nominal heights and widths in 12", 24", and 48" let the niche drop into 12" x 12", 12" x 24", and subway-tile layouts without breaking the grout-line rhythm.
