The RUBI 01901 EXTREME 22 mm scoring wheel is a replacement for SLIM, TP and TQ manual cutters. Its titanium-treated tungsten-carbide wheel and bearing mounting are intended for difficult ceramic surfaces, especially rough or structured finishes.

Applications
Use for scoring the glaze or surface layer before separating hard ceramic tile, particularly tile with reliefs, textures or other irregular finishes.
Selection and Use
- Select reference 01901 for the listed SLIM/TP/TQ fit. Other EXTREME 22 mm assemblies have different shanks and compatibility.
- Match the scoring wheel to the surface and follow the cutter’s scoring and separation procedure.
- A scoring wheel establishes the score; successful separation also depends on the tile and cutter setup.
