Overview

The RUBI EXTREME 01907 scoring wheel combines a 22 mm tungsten-carbide wheel with a titanium-carbide coating and bearing mounting. It is the assembly for TS-MAX, TR-MAGNET, TF-MAX and SPEED-MAGNET cutters, distinct from the PLUS version for TX/TZ machines.

Applications

Use for scoring difficult ceramic surfaces with the listed compatible cutters, particularly rough or structured tile finishes. Select the assembly by cutter family as well as wheel diameter.

Selection and Use

• Do not substitute the TX/TZ PLUS assembly simply because both wheels are 22 mm.
• Use the cutter’s scoring and breaking procedure; the wheel produces the score, while the cutter performs separation.
