Overview
PMP Wall Mud is a factory-blended cement, lime and sand plaster mix for forming a float or leveling coat before tile and veneer installation. This 75 lb bag is intended for wall preparation, including interior and exterior work.

Applications
Use as a wall float or leveling coat before setting tile, marble, brick or veneer. Over open-stud framing, the linked instructions call for a scratch coat keyed into wire lath followed by a brown coat after the scratch coat sets firmly.
Selection and Use
- Prepare a sound substrate; do not apply to frozen or unsound surfaces.
- Do not overwater or overmix, and allow proper curing before subsequent work.
- Do not apply if temperatures are below, or may fall below, 40°F before curing.
- Coverage is thickness-dependent. Plan extra material for site conditions rather than treating the estimate as a guaranteed yield.
