PMP Spec Mix Type S Masonry Mortar is a dry, factory-blended cement, lime and sand mortar for laying masonry units. Controlled proportioning and sand quality simplify site mixing and help maintain consistent batches and color.

Applications
Use for brick, block and stone masonry where Type S mortar is specified. Select the required color and bag size together using the product selector.
Selection and Use
- Mix with clean, potable water to the required consistency; the linked sheet recommends approximately 17–20% water by weight.
- A 94 lb bag is estimated to lay approximately 25 blocks or 40–50 bricks; actual yield depends on units and joints. Do not apply this estimate to the 60 lb bag.
- Do not apply if temperatures are below, or may fall below, 40°F before curing.
- Do not add admixtures without E-Z Mix approval. Review the linked safety information before handling dry or wet mortar.
