Applications
Use to handle large-format tile, porcelain slabs, gauged porcelain panels, sintered stone or glass with an appropriate reinforcement layout. Select the rail count and cross-bracing for the pieceānot only its weight.
Selection and Use
- Do not exceed 70 lb per cup or 200 lb per rail; include the weight of mortar in the load.
- For hand lifting only: do not use straps or a forklift with this frame.
- Material must be dry and dust-free. Test-lift slightly and monitor plungers; set the material down and re-pump if a red collar appears.
- Vacuum works better on less-porous material; follow the linked guide for porous-surface preparation and all operating requirements.
