Overview
NobleSealant 150 is a high-solids synthetic co-polymer rubber sealant for seaming compatible Noble waterproof sheets and sealing their details. It remains unaffected by water after curing and is used at specified seams, penetrations, clamping drains and concealed terminations.

Applications
Use to seam Noble sheet membranes, seal membrane penetrations, connect the waterproof sheet to compatible clamping drains, adhere specified preformed corners or form concealed flashing/terminal seals. Do not use on XPS or EPS foam products; the linked data warns that the material may be affected.
Selection and Use
- Use a heavy-duty commercial caulking gun on clean, dry surfaces free of dust, oil and grease. Provide adequate ventilation and follow the label precautions; the product contains propyl acetate.
- For sheet seams, follow the specified approximately 2" overlap and continuous 3/16" bead placement. Press and roll the overlap to flatten the bead without voids.
- For a penetration patch, use membrane extending approximately 2" beyond the penetration on all sides and seal the patch as directed.
- Allow the seam to cure before testing or covering; temperature, humidity and airflow affect cure time. Avoid prolonged skin contact and vapor inhalation.
