Overview
NobleSeal TS is a thin-bed waterproofing and crack-isolation membrane for interior tile assemblies, including properly designed showers and continuous-use steam showers. The CPE core and polyester fabric faces combine a low-permeance sheet with a bondable surface for the specified tile-setting system.

Applications
Use for interior thin-bed waterproofing in showers, wet rooms and manufacturer-detailed steam showers. Select the bond coat for the environment: steam-room installations require modified thin-set, not NobleBond EXT. The sheet does not correct structural deficiencies or excessive floor deflection.
Selection and Use
- Prepare a clean, sound substrate and provide the required drainage slope. Select compatible drains and plan complete corner, penetration and perimeter details.
- Provide the specified 2" waterproof seams and seal them according to the linked instructions. For clamping-ring drain connections using NobleFlex, follow its full flashing detail.
- Bond steam-room installations with modified thin-set and follow all enclosure-specific requirements; do not transfer ordinary shower adhesive choices to steam use.
- Complete required flood testing after the seaming materials have cured and before the tile assembly is covered. Protect the sheet from damage and keep it clean for tile bonding.
- Not a finished wearing surface or exposed roof membrane. The lifetime material warranty is limited to its stated failures, installation requirements and remedies.
