LATICRETE Waterproofing/Anti-Fracture Fabric is a reinforcing strip for compatible liquid-applied membrane details. This 6 in. x 75 ft. roll is sized for coves, corners, seams and changes in plane, where the specified membrane assembly requires reinforcement.

- Required in coves, corners and changes of plane with the original HYDRO BARRIER membrane.
- May be used with HYDRO BAN for additional reinforcement where specified.
- For suitable interior/exterior and horizontal/vertical details, including ceilings.

Applications
Use the fabric as part of the chosen membrane systemānot as a waterproof layer by itself. The membraneās own data sheet controls substrates, treatment of joints and cracks, application thickness and curing.
Plan Your Installation
- Check the exact membrane name and version: fabric requirements differ between original HYDRO BARRIER and HYDRO BARRIER Plus.
- Embed the fabric using the membraneās specified detail and complete all required liquid coats.
- Do not use the fabric-and-membrane assembly over expansion joints, structural cracks, vertical movement or cracks wider than the system permits.
Common Planning Questions
Does adding fabric allow cracks larger than 1/8 in.?
No. The linked fabric instructions exclude cracks over 1/8 in. and structural movement; reinforcement does not remove those limits.
