Laticrete L&M LUMISEAL FX - 5 GAL
Laticrete LUMISEAL FX is a high solids, water-based, non-yellowing, blush resistant curing and sealing compound. When used as a sealer, LUMISEAL FX is designed to provide an attractive medium gloss finish on concrete substrates. It is formulated with advanced, self-crosslinking emulsion chemistry, providing a very durable film and excellent early water-resistance to whitening or blistering. It's suitable for use on interior, exterior, horizontal, and vertical surfaces.

Approximate Coverage:

- Top Coat for Polished Concrete: 800-1,000 ft²/gal (20-25 m²/L)
Installation Instructions:
Freshly Placed Concrete:
- Finish the surface to the specified requirements.
- Apply one uniform coat with a low-pressure spray and roller after surface water glaze has disappeared.
- Avoid diluting or puddling.
- Apply a second coat as needed.
Existing Concrete:
- Clean the surface with CITREX to remove contaminants.
- Dilute LUMISEAL FX with 25-50% water before applying to polished concrete.
- Apply one or two uniform coats using a microfiber applicator, ensuring no puddling.
- Allow the first coat to dry for 2-3 hours before applying the second coat.
- Ready for foot traffic in 12 hours and vehicular traffic in 24 hours.
Cleaning Instructions:
- Clean applicator equipment with water before the sealer dries.
- Use aromatic solvent for cleaning after the sealer has dried.
