LATAPOXY Waterproof Flashing Mortar is an epoxy-based membrane material for waterproofing seams, gaps and joints between compatible substrates. Its flexible, fast-curing formulation is intended for details beneath tile, stone or brick, including metal and PVC penetrations or flashing.

Applications
Use for specified waterproof transitions where dissimilar materials meet. Listed substrates include concrete, mortar beds, cement plaster, concrete/brick masonry, exterior-glue plywood, terrazzo, gypsum wallboard and metal, subject to the complete assembly requirements.
Plan Your Installation
- Identify both sides of the transition and confirm surface preparation and bond suitability before applying.
- Coordinate the flashing detail with surrounding waterproofing rather than treating a sealed penetration as a complete waterproof assembly.
- Plan mixing and placement for the fast-curing material and follow the linked sheet for the selected substrate and exposure.
