Overview
ProLite is a lightweight large-format tile mortar for interior and exterior floors and walls. It combines high bond strength with non-sag wall placement and non-slump floor support, making it useful for heavy tile and suitable stone in thin-set or thicker horizontal-bed applications.

Applications
Select ProLite when large tile or stone needs a lightweight mortar with support on walls or in a thicker floor setting bed. This is the standard ProLite formula, not ProLite Rapid Setting; use its own cure schedule.
Selection and Use
- Check surface preparation and support before setting. Exterior-grade plywood and gypsum are limited to their permitted dry-area assemblies; direct OSB, metal and unstable wood bonding is not allowed.
- Use an appropriate epoxy for moisture-sensitive or resin-backed stone. Large glass, clear/translucent glass and large stone need their specific recommendations.
- Choose a trowel for full support, periodically lift tile and allow extra material for back-troweling; the coverage figures are estimates.
- Normally wait 24 hours before grout/light traffic and 7–10 days for heavy traffic on a suitably rated assembly. Approved submerged installations require 14 days after final grouting before filling under the listed conditions.
