Overview
Akemi AKEPOX 2010 is a two-component, gel-like epoxy adhesive for thin bonding joints and vertical stonework. The gel consistency helps it stay in a vertical joint, while its weather-resistant bond suits compatible interior and exterior stonework.

Applications
Use for bonding natural stone such as granite and marble, artificial stone, concrete or terrazzo. Typical work includes thin stone joints, vertical repairs, tabletops, windowsills, stairs, terraces and monuments; the technical sheet also identifies wood, glass and selected rigid plastics.
Selection and Use
- For professional use. Clean and slightly roughen the bonding surfaces, measure both components accurately and mix until uniform.
- Do not apply below 10°C. Heat shortens working time and cold delays hardening.
- Not suitable for metal, polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone, Teflon, soft PVC, soft polyurethane or butyl rubber.
- Do not use for visible fillings or joints on light-colored or white surfaces exposed to sunlight; the hardened adhesive can yellow.
- Structural or load-bearing applications require the relevant construction standards and the complete manufacturer instructions; this adhesive is not a universal structural approval.
