Overview
Akemi AKEPOX 5010 is a two-component, gel-like epoxy adhesive for thin bonding joints and vertical stonework. Its very low tendency to yellow makes it a choice for visible joints and restoration involving light-colored or white stone.

Applications
Use for bonding natural stone such as granite and marble, artificial stone, concrete or terrazzo. The technical sheet also covers Techno Ceramics and compatible plastics, wood and glass. Typical stonework includes miter joints, facade details, tabletops, windowsills, stairs and monument repairs.
Selection and Use
- For professional use. Clean and slightly roughen the bonding surfaces, measure both components accurately and mix until uniform.
- Do not apply below 10°C. Heat shortens working time and cold delays hardening.
- Not suitable for metal, polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone, Teflon, soft PVC, soft polyurethane or butyl rubber.
- Structural or load-bearing applications require the relevant construction standards and the complete manufacturer instructions; this adhesive is not a universal structural approval.
