These 9 x 11 in. 3M silicon carbide sheets are for wet or dry sanding. Full-size sheets can be selected by grit and pack count for surface preparation or finer finishing stages.

Applications
For suitable wood, metal and automotive finishing work, including paint preparation and removal of surface imperfections. Match the grit to the substrate and desired finish rather than treating every grit as interchangeable.
Selection and Use
- Actual choices include 220 and 1000 grit; use the product selector for the available range.
- Match sheet attachment and dimensions to the tool. Wet-sanding capability of the sheet does not establish that a powered tool can be used with water.
