Overview
The Tuscan Ergonomic Gun tensions the straps and caps of the traditional Tuscan Leveling System during stone and ceramic tile installation. Its adjustable selector lets the installer control strap tension, then use the tool for strap removal after the setting material cures.

Applications
Use when tightening Tuscan straps to bring adjacent tile edges into alignment while the mortar is workable. It is a tool for the strap-and-cap system, not a requirement for the hand-operated SeamClip system.
Selection and Use
- Set the tension selector for the installation rather than automatically using the highest setting.
- Keep mortar out of the strap’s break point during installation. After the setting material has cured, use the S setting to snap the strap at its intended break point.
- Follow the linked guide for tile preparation, strap placement and soaking; the gun does not replace those steps.
