Overview
The Omega Diamond Blue Ripper Miter Master is a dual-head rail saw that cuts both 45° miter faces simultaneously. Two 7" Makita grinders drive the cutting heads for stone slabs and prefab edge work, with blade selection and alignment determining the quality of the finished seam.

Applications
Use for mitered slab and prefab edges in compatible stone fabrication. Porcelain-panel work requires the appropriate blade and machine setup; do not assume the dedicated thin-panel version and this standard stone model have interchangeable operating specifications.
Selection and Use
- Use 5" blades for 2 cm material and 6" blades for 3 cm material. The larger blade helps avoid an uncut lip at the bottom as blades wear.
- Use blades with side protection. Metal-bond blades are recommended for suitable stone; vacuum-brazed or electroplated blades with side protection are recommended for softer marble, travertine and limestone.
- Align the dual heads using Omega Diamond’s Precision Alignment Method before cutting. Incorrect alignment can cause wandering and spoil the edge.
- Select compatible Blue Ripper rails separately. The listed cutting speeds are material-specific examples, not guarantees for every slab or blade.
