Overview
NXT Patch is a fast-drying cementitious underlayment patch for localized repairs and deeper fills before finish flooring. It can also be used to float concrete and CMU walls. This 25 lb gray product is a patching material, not a full-floor self-leveling pour.

Applications
Use for patching suitable concrete, CMU, cement backer board, mortar beds, cement terrazzo, existing tile/stone, exterior-glue plywood or gypsum underlayments with the required substrate-specific preparation.
Plan Your Installation
- Measure repair area and depth to calculate bag quantity. Do not exceed the specified thickness per lift.
- Plan mixing and placement around the fast-drying material rather than treating it as a long-working-time leveling compound.
- If using beneath VAPOR BAN, follow that system’s surface-preparation and cure requirements as well as the patch instructions.
Common Planning Questions
Is the 40-minute figure a universal flooring schedule?
No. It is an earliest stated installation time; the substrate, patch conditions and selected floor system must satisfy the product instructions.
