Overview
NXT Level Flow is a high-flow, cement-based underlayment for leveling prepared interior substrates before installing finish flooring. Its low-viscosity formulation can be poured for smaller areas or pumped for larger placements, producing a flat, smooth, hard base.

Applications
Use for interior floor preparation in commercial, retail, healthcare, education, hospitality and residential projects. Listed substrates include concrete, gypsum underlayments, cement backer board, mortar beds, cement terrazzo, existing tile/stone, exterior-glue plywood and vinyl tile after the required preparation.
Plan Your Installation
- Plan the pour or pump sequence and required depth before mixing. Follow the product data sheet for the specific substrate rather than applying one preparation method to every surface.
- Allow for the finish-floor installation interval; walk-on readiness does not mean the floor is ready for every covering.
- Check floor-covering and adhesive moisture limits even when the underlying concrete is within the underlaymentās RH allowance.
