Overview
LATAPOXY 310 Rapid Stone Adhesive is a two-component epoxy for the spot-bonding method of vertical tile and stone installation. Its 5–8 minute rapid set is intended for work that needs a short positioning window. Select a 1 L kit, 10 L kit or the listed 15-pack cartridge configuration for the application method.
Features

Applications
Use for the specified spot-bonding of marble, granite, suitable adhered masonry veneer and large-format ceramic tile on walls and overheads. Typical applications include fireplace surrounds, elevator interiors, stair risers, stone wainscoting and stone fabrication. Exterior applications require LATICRETE Technical Services approval before use.
Plan Your Installation
- Confirm the veneer and substrate with the installation details. Interior substrates include properly prepared concrete, CMU, brick, appropriate exterior-glue plywood, approved cement backer board and cleaned steel.
- Do not use sandstone, slate or other fissile stones: layered or porous stone can delaminate.
- Dry-plan the work before mixing because the rapid version allows little adjustment time. Match cartridge packs to the LATAPOXY 310 dispensing system.
- Calculate quantity from wall irregularity and required adhesive thickness; the coverage figures assume 10% of each veneer’s area, not full-bed mortar installation.
- Do not bond to particleboard, luan, Masonite, hardwood, fire-retardant, marine-grade or chemically treated plywood. Follow local veneer code and support requirements.
Common Planning Questions
Does the 1 L option contain the manufacturer’s eight-unit master carton?
No. The selected listing is one 1 L Mini kit. The 10 L kit and 15-pack cartridge option are different configurations.
Is 95°F a fireplace service-temperature rating?
No. It describes the stated application/non-sag conditions, not permission to expose the adhesive to firebox temperatures.
