    Laticrete Pre-Sloped Shower Pan

    The item came in on time with do damage to the product. Ordering was quick and easy, with a few different shipping options. The item was priced extremely competitively. Great experience overall.

    HydroBan Off Center Shower Pan

    We had to cut 3 inches off the sides and one inch off the front and 5 off the back. Did it all on a table saw, with two people. Remade the rabbet joints on the table saw and everything. Only issue was we were stepping on it while installing the durock and the overhead light and the styrofoam had dimples all over it from out feet. Easy to solve, we just skim coated it with the Laticrete MultiMax thin set that we used when installing the bench seat. Then tiles went in perfectly. It actually helped greatly even out the surface because we were using small detail sheet tiles.

    Hydro Ban Pre-Sloped Shower Pan

    I used to use the "Kerdi" system for showers, but switched to Hydro Ban four years ago. I will never go back! Excellent system--no call backs--no problems.

    great pan at a great price

    Looking forward to setting thr pan. All the product videos make it look really seamless. Very lightweight easy to handle. The only thing that could have been better was the packaging. Althogh some scuffs in the pans surface are easily filled/sealed, my pan was pretty beat up by the time it got to me. The sealant/adhesive tube and drain hardware box bounced around quite a bit, dinging the corners up pretty good. Even though everything gets covered up eventually, it would have been better to see the factory-waterproofing and corners in better shape from day one.

    Service after the sale has been excellent

    The 60 by 36 pan came damaged during transit. Though salvageable with modification that is not the point in purchasing a hydro ban shower pan. After calling and describing issue they promptly reshipped and sent ups to pick up damaged pan

    Such a time saver!

    The product was shipped standing upright on its own pallet to avoid any damage during shipping. I've never seen a product shipped like that! And the base is sturdy and easy to trim to get an exact fit in your space. Very happy with this purchase.
