LATICRETE 209 Floor Mud is a factory-blended mix of high-strength portland cement and graded sand for conventional semi-dry mortar beds. Add water for the specified interior floor assembly, or use 3701 Mortar Admix where added strength is required.

Applications
Use for interior mortar beds beneath ceramic tile and for suitable small shower-pan fills. It is a bed-building material, not a pourable self-leveling underlayment.
Plan Your Installation
- Plan the bed thickness and, for a shower, the required drainage slope before mixing.
- Choose water or the specified 3701 admixture procedure for the intended assembly.
- Provide the required shower waterproofing separately; the mortar fill is not the waterproofing layer.
