The Dustless Technologies DustBuddie^® Dust Shroud captures up to 99% of the dust created by a hand grinder – before it escapes into the air. Designed to be used with the Dustless Wet Dry/Vacuum, this dust control shroud fits most hand grinders and is quick and easy to install. With its brush skirt, adjustable height, and removable front lip, the DustBuddie performs smoothly and accurately.

The DustBuddie^® Dust Shroud helps protect workers' health, and saves time and money on cleanup. Eliminate the hazard of airborne particles by controlling dust before it enters your environment. The DustBuddie^® has a strategically placed port that attaches to the Dustless Wet/Dry Vacuum, which is specifically designed to capture extremely fine dust.

DustBuddie^® is an ideal tool for renovation contractors who have to use point-of-origin dust collection tools to comply with EPA regulations covering lead paint removal.

Compatible with most hand grinders, including Makita, Bosch, Dewalt, and more. Three adjustable spring screws control the height of the DustBuddie^® so you can quickly accommodate different grinding wheels and disks. Simply remove the existing guard from the grinder, slip on the DustBuddie^®, tighten the band clamp, adjust the height, if necessary, and you're ready to start your work.

The DustBuddie^® Dust Shroud is designed to make your work easier and more manageable. It rides on a spring cushion, keeping the grinder flat so that dust won't escape. A short brush skirt improves lateral motion for grinding on uneven or textured surfaces.It is made of durable, clear polycarbonate for visibility.

It's versatile too! The front lip slides out so you can use it against a wall. The front lip will easily snap back into place for a quick return to work. If you're performing tuckpointing, decorative concrete cutting, or crack chasing, you can add an optional cover plate.
