Order Processing and Shipping:


1. Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day from our Los Angeles warehouse.
2. Some items may drop-ship directly from the manufacturer, requiring additional lead time.
3. Shipping rates are determined by item weight, dimensions, and shipping distance.
4. Orders are shipped via the method selected during checkout (e.g., Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day).
5. If you prefer a specific carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Ontrac), please contact us before placing your order.
6. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to freight forwarders are subject to verification.
7. Heavy equipment and saws must be shipped via freight truck.
8. For large orders of materials, it may be more cost-effective to ship via freight truck than parcel. Contact us for a freight quote.
9. Inspect packages requiring a signature before accepting the goods.
10. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.


Free Shipping:


1. Items qualifying for Free Shipping are indicated on the product page.
2. Free Shipping items do not qualify for expedited shipping.
3. In some cases, Free Shipping items may ship via freight truck if deemed appropriate (e.g., large orders of Laticrete SpectraLock).
4. Free shipping items with a truck icon must be shipped via freight truck.
5. We reserve the right to select the shipping method for all Free Shipping items.


Expedited Orders:


1. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays (e.g., in-stock Next Day Air orders placed before 1:00 pm PST Friday will arrive Monday).
2. Delivery is by the end of the business day.
3. Due to size, some items such as heavy saws, mixers, and equipment are not eligible for expedited shipping.


Freight Truck Delivery:


1. Items marked with a truck icon must be shipped via freight truck to a commercial address with access to a loading dock or forklift.
2. There is a $200 fee for non-commercial delivery.
3. The freight company will call the customer to schedule a delivery appointment.
4. The customer must be present to receive and sign for the order at the time of delivery (as arranged with the freight company). Additional storage fees may apply if this appointment is not made or kept.


In-Store Pickup:


1. In-Store Pickup is available at our North Hollywood, CA location. Shipping costs are waived for customers choosing this option.
2. Orders placed by 1:00 PM PST Monday - Friday may be picked up the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday are available for pickup Monday.
3. The credit cardholder must be present at the time of pickup.
4. Orders will generally be available for pick up 3 hours after the order is placed.
5. Bring a government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the credit card used to make the purchase, and a digital or printed copy of your invoice.


Out of Stock Items and Backorders:


1. If an item is out of stock, has insufficient quantity, or is on backorder from the manufacturer, the customer will be notified and given an ETA.
2. When stock arrives at our warehouse, it will be shipped via the method selected during checkout.


VOC Product Shipping Policy:


1. Due to varying regulations, some areas restrict or prohibit the shipment of VOC-containing products.
2. Customers should verify local regulations regarding VOC products before placing an order.
3. In the event a VOC product is ordered to a restricted area, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the order.
